About Maple Life

A Place Where Healing & Hope Take Root.

Who We Are

Maple Life Solutions was founded in 2022 by Damilola Akintola, LADC/MH, with a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that addresses the whole person. In 2023, that vision expanded with the establishment of Maple Life Recovery Services, extending our commitment to recovery through education and community-focused support.

Together, Maple Life Solutions and Maple Life Recovery Services support individuals through treatment, counseling, assessments, recovery services, and ADSAC education. Our work is grounded in dignity, accountability, partnership, and respect for the experiences and life circumstances that shape healing and recovery.

Our Mission

To help people heal at the root and build a life beyond addiction.

Our Vision

To be a place of transformation where recovery takes root and people lead healthier, more resilient lives.

Our Philosophy

We meet people where they are and approach care with compassion, accountability, and respect for the whole person. Our work considers the experiences, mental health concerns, relationships, and life circumstances that can shape recovery and wellbeing.

Guided by our MAPLE values, we aim to provide care that is thoughtful, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and focused on meaningful, lasting change.

Our Core Values — MAPLE

M — Meet People Where They Are
Every person is treated with dignity and unconditional positive regard, free of stigma or judgment, and with genuine belief in their strength to recover.

A — Accountability
We hold ourselves to honesty, transparency, and accountability in our clinical and business practices, while supporting the people we serve in personal responsibility, growth, and honest reflection.

P — Partnership
We work alongside the people we serve, their families, referral sources, and community providers to support the whole person.

L — Lasting Recovery
We measure success by long-term wellbeing, recovery, and quality of life — not simply the absence of substance use.

E — Excellence in Care
Our services are evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and co-occurring capable.
