ADSAC Classes
Maple Life Recovery Services is a State-Certified and Court-Approved DUI School providing 10-Hour and 24-Hour ADSAC education in Oklahoma.
If you have been asked to complete an ADSAC class, this page explains what each course involves, when classes meet, what they cost, and what is required to earn a Certificate of Completion.
What Is ADSAC Education?
ADSAC stands for Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course. It is education, not treatment: a structured series of classes about alcohol and drug use, the risks and consequences involved, and practical ways to reduce future problems.
Which course you complete is not something Maple Life decides. The 10-Hour or 24-Hour course is determined by your ADSAC assessment recommendation and the requirements of the court, agency, or referral source involved in your situation. Both courses are educational programs, and each ends with a Certificate of Completion once every required session has been attended within the completion timeframe.
10-Hour ADSAC Course
Course fee: $150
The 10-Hour course meets weekly over three days and is divided into three distinct sessions. You must attend each session once, in any order, to qualify for a Certificate of Completion.
Class schedule
- Friday: 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Before you start: complete a Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment and bring your recommendation sheet or proof of assessment.
Completion timeframe: 60 days to complete the course.
24-Hour ADSAC Course
Course fee: $360 (payment plan available)
The 24-Hour course consists of 12 sessions, usually completed over six weeks. All 12 sessions are unique, and you must attend each one to earn your Certificate of Completion. Sessions can be taken in any order, with a maximum of two sessions per week.
Class schedule — two group options
- Monday & Tuesday: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Payment: The total cost is $360, payable by exact cash or debit/credit card. If you prefer a payment plan, you can pay $180 for your first three weeks and $180 for the remaining three weeks.

Completion timeframe: 180 days to finish the program.
What to Expect
The 10-Hour and 24-Hour courses are classes, not counseling. Each session covers education about alcohol and drug use, the risks and consequences that come with it, decision-making, and practical strategies for reducing future problems. You will be expected to arrive on time, take part in each session, and bring your assessment paperwork on your first day.
People complete ADSAC education for many different reasons. Attending a class does not mean Maple Life assumes you have a substance use problem. Our goal is to make the requirement clear, keep the classes respectful and practical, and help you finish what you came to complete.
Class Policies & Completion Requirements
Assessment first. Every participant must complete a Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment before starting a course and bring the recommendation sheet or proof of assessment to the first class.
Attendance. Every session must be attended once. The 10-Hour course has three distinct sessions, which can be taken in any order. The 24-Hour course has 12 unique sessions, which can be taken in any order, with a maximum of two sessions per week.
Late arrival. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of class will not be admitted and will need to make up that session at a future class within the required timeframe.
Completion timeframes. The 10-Hour course must be completed within 60 days. The 24-Hour course must be completed within 180 days.
Restarting a course. If the completion timeframe is exceeded, the entire course must be repeated from the beginning.
Refunds. Fees are not refunded for partial attendance or when a course must be repeated.
Payment for the 24-Hour course. The total cost of $360 is payable by exact cash or debit/credit card. If you prefer a payment plan, you can pay $180 for the first three weeks and $180 for the remaining three weeks.
Certificate of Completion. A Certificate of Completion is issued once all required sessions have been attended within the completion timeframe.
