6-Week Substance Use Group — A focused, short-term group for substance use, coping skills, and early recovery.
12-Week Substance Use Group — An extended group for relapse prevention and sustained recovery.
CBT Group — Cognitive behavioral strategies for changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior.
MRT Group — A structured, evidence-based cognitive-behavioral program widely used in criminal justice, probation, and community supervision settings.

Assessments & Evaluations
Drug & Alcohol Evaluations — A comprehensive assessment with a written report of findings and recommendations.
SASSI Assessment — A standardized screening instrument, available on its own or within a full evaluation.

ADSAC Classes
10-Hour ADSAC Class — $150 — For individuals whose assessment includes a 10-hour class recommendation.
24-Hour ADSAC Class — $360 — For individuals whose assessment includes a 24-hour class recommendation.
Court-Ordered & Referral Services
Maple Life Solutions accepts clients referred by courts, probation and pretrial officers, attorneys, DHS or child-welfare services, employers, EAPs, treatment programs, and community agencies, and provides services that may be required or recommended by a referral source.
Commonly requested services include ADSAC Assessments, Drug & Alcohol Evaluations, SASSI Assessments, Substance Use Counseling & Treatment, Individual Counseling, the 6-Week and 12-Week Substance Use Groups, MRT Group, Anger Management Group, CBT Group, and Co-Occurring Group.
