  • Maple Life Solutions provides substance use treatment, mental health counseling, assessments and evaluations, and group services in Warr Acres, Oklahoma, with telehealth options available statewide.   • You do not need to figure that out on your own. Contact us and briefly describe what is going on, and our team will help you identify the most appropriate starting point. In some cases, an assessment is the first step so that recommendations fit your situation.

  • No. Most services do not require a referral, and you can contact us directly. If you were referred by a court, an attorney, an employer, or another provider, let us know so we can coordinate any documentation that may be required.

  • Yes. Services are available in person at our Warr Acres office and by telehealth for clients in Oklahoma. Telehealth availability can vary by service and provider, so we will confirm what is available when you contact us.

  • Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and some evening and weekend availability is offered by appointment. Availability varies by provider and service, so contact us to ask about current options.

Substance Use & Mental Health

  • Yes. Maple Life Solutions provides substance use counseling and treatment, including individual counseling and group services. Care typically begins with an assessment so that recommendations are matched to your situation and any outside requirements.

  • Yes. We provide individual counseling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Couples counseling and EMDR are also available when clinically appropriate. Visit our Mental Health Counseling page for more detail.

  • Yes. Substance use and mental health concerns often occur together, and care can address both. Your provider will work with you on a plan that fits your needs, which may include individual counseling, group services, or a combination of the two.

  • Yes. Both individual counseling and group services are available. Group options and openings change over time, so contact us for current group availability and enrollment information.

Assessments & Evaluations

  • Maple Life Solutions provides Drug & Alcohol Evaluations, SASSI assessments, ADSAC Assessments, and court-related evaluations. Results are used to make individualized recommendations and, when needed, to provide documentation to courts, attorneys, employers, or other agencies.

  • A Drug & Alcohol Evaluation is a structured, one-on-one appointment that reviews substance use history, current concerns, and related factors. It results in written recommendations for an appropriate level of care or education and may be requested for personal, employment, or legal reasons.

  • The SASSI (Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory) is a standardized screening tool that helps identify the likelihood of a substance use disorder. It is usually completed as part of a broader evaluation rather than on its own, and results are reviewed with you by your provider.

  • An ADSAC (Alcohol and Drug Substance Abuse Course) Assessment is a state-required evaluation for people with an alcohol- or drug-related driving offense in Oklahoma. It is completed one-on-one with a certified assessor and results in a recommendation, such as a 10-Hour or 24-Hour ADSAC education class or treatment, that is used in the license reinstatement process. ADSAC Assessments are provided by Maple Life Solutions.

  • The ADSAC Assessment is the evaluation that determines what is required. The ADSAC education class is the course you complete based on that recommendation. Maple Life Solutions provides ADSAC Assessments, and Maple Life Recovery Services provides the 10-Hour and 24-Hour ADSAC education classes. The assessment must be completed first.

ADSAC Education

  • The 10-Hour and 24-Hour ADSAC education classes are offered through Maple Life Recovery Services. Maple Life Recovery Services provides ADSAC education only. Counseling, treatment, and assessments, including the ADSAC Assessment, are provided through Maple Life Solutions. Visit the Maple Life Recovery page for class details.

  • Yes. An ADSAC Assessment must be completed before you enroll in a 10-Hour or 24-Hour ADSAC class, and the assessment recommendation determines which class is required. Bring your assessment documentation when you enroll. If you have not had an assessment yet, contact Maple Life Solutions to schedule one.

  • Some ADSAC classes may be available in a virtual format, and class formats and schedules change over time. Contact us for current class options, enrollment information, and attendance requirements.

  • Completing the required ADSAC Assessment and ADSAC education class is typically part of the license reinstatement process in Oklahoma. Follow the steps required by the court or your licensing authority, and we will provide documentation once you have met the requirements for the assessment or class.

Insurance, Payment & Financial Information

  • Maple Life Solutions works with several commercial insurance plans. Coverage varies by plan, service, and provider, so we recommend contacting us to verify current participation and benefits before beginning services.

  • Not necessarily. Coverage can vary by insurance plan, the specific service, the provider delivering it, and how your benefits are structured. Some assessments, groups, ADSAC services, or other services may be self-pay depending on the service and your coverage. We recommend verifying benefits with your insurance company and contacting us with any questions before your first appointment.

  • Yes. Self-pay is available for services when applicable, including for people who do not have insurance, who prefer not to use insurance, or whose plan does not cover a particular service. Contact us for current self-pay information for the service you are interested in.

  • Sliding-scale options may be available for eligible services based on availability and individual circumstances. Not every service or situation qualifies, so please contact us for current information and to ask whether a sliding-scale option applies to the service you need.

If you plan to use insurance, we also recommend verifying your benefits and coverage with your insurance company before your first appointment so there are no surprises.
